WTO and developing countries

how the WTO helped the devolving countries to defeat poverty. In the world there is 6 billion people and one billion living in extreme poverty. A lot of regular people think of the WTO as tool for the rich manufacturing countries such as the united states giving their companies a new market to make more money and never cared about helping the poor. Is this statement true or false? this paper will help to answer this question in some degree. My research paper will analyze and discuss the WTO case DS267 as an example how WTO can help the devolving country.
