Part 1: 1300 words- Briefly describe Kosciuszko National Park in terms of its geology, soils, water, flora, and evidence of human use both past and present demonstrating an understanding of patterns within Kosciuszko National Park landscape. This section represents a major research component.

Part 2: 300 – 400 words- Report on one particular aspect of the natural environment specific to that area in details, e.g. the weeds, the ants, the rocks, the drainage patterns etc. You may want to report on the evidence for a pest problem or human use issue that is being addressed in the area. Included in your report will be an aspect of analysis of your data.
