first of all this research will be based on using a softwear called “CES eduPack 2013” if you can’t use this soft wear till me so I can cancel my inquiry:
1) Introduction:
objective of the work , function of turbofan component, application and objectives of study.
what’s turbo fan?
How does a turbofan engine work?
Mention the functions of the turbo fans and the components
——————————————————————————
2) Literature view:
Background history or development of component;
Current materials begin used such as (aluminum, titanium, and composite):
most important properties physical and mechanical:
e.g:physical properties: 1) light weight (density) 2) heat resister 3) resist corrosion 4) absorb sound that comes out of the engine. Add more
mechanical properties: 1) resist breaking(toughness) 2)resist change (brittleness) add
Different materials properties may be give e.g for the fiber and separately for matrix. Therefore based on these properties you have to compare with the metals that you have chosen (aluminum, titanium, and composite).

3) result and discussion: in order to choose materials you should know what you need for best turbo fan such as light Wight ,absorbing nose, long life , resist rust and base on what you want make graphs using the soft wear such as tensile strength via density (you should have at least 2 graphs) and make tables in order to compare all materilas , from the comprssion and graphs choose one material or two that you think is the most sutible for manucfatring trbou fan.
Also you should use the (eco edit) from the CES program to write the following:.
A description of the manufacturing method must be given e,g casting, metal deformation(extrusion, drawing, shearing, forging etc.) or powder metallurgy techniques.
Cost of manufacturing and materials used
New materials or manufacturing techniques that could be used instead of current methods.
Please read the attached file regarding Result and discussion

5) summary:
List of most suitable materials and manufacturing methods . Any new materials that could be used to replace those currently in use .
