Happiness is effected by social relationships, work, leisure and religion in many ways. They all are in conjunction with one another. Typically, if you are happy it will reveal itself during the interaction with coworkers, church members and perhaps with the interaction with your immediate family members. Happiness is the ability to overcome obstacles. Besides, life challenges can come and go; its how you choose to cope that can make you happy or sad. Others see happiness as primarily contentmentthe inner peace and joy that come from deep satisfaction with ones surroundings, relationships with others, accomplishments, and oneself. Still others view happiness mainly as pleasurable engagement with their personal environmenthaving a career and hobbies that are engaging, meaningful, rewarding, and exciting (Lumen, 2018). If one isnt happy internally that will reflect their social and leisure life because they could choose to isolate themselves from others. Social support is sometimes necessary to cope with happiness. (Branscombe & Baron,2017). With work and being unhappy it can lead to tardiness and poor work ethics. If it is related to work its important to learn to forgive which assist in a better well-being. Such relationships are possible for people everywhere, regardless of their personal or societal monetary wealth. (Branscombe & Baron, p. 424). Religion tends to make the inference that things could always be worse and almost forces
people to look towards the brighter side. It increases patience and hope that
long suffering or the need to be healed is always a possibility.Without happiness, if youre a servant at church it could also display through your facial expressions and actions towards others.
