Format: 2 pages (double spaced), Time New Roman, front size 12
Include the following information:
• Participant’s name (leave blank) and date of review.
• The title, author’s name, publisher, and publication date.
• Discussion of the major concepts presented, and the significance these concepts have to Federal managers. Discuss how these concepts apply to your personal work environment.
• Identify one personal opportunity for growth you identified from the book, and describe how you plan to apply it to your daily work environment.
• Identify one personal strength identified from the book, and give an example from your daily work experience describing how this is a strength.
