Write a response to paragraph below (100 words):I personally have had one job (Tims) where alienation happened that related to marx’s theories. Working at Tim Hortons you have little psychological satisfaction besides when you actually help someone in need, as fulfilling orders isn’t exactly the most fulfilling thing to do based on a personal level. There was also the fact that many ( at the time) didn’t feel as though they were being paid enough to support their families and therefore felt trapped in a cycle of not being able to provide for themselves or their families while they were working as hard or as long as they could. Finally, Tim Horton’s is a massive corporation that, like other corporations ( such as McDonalds), gives their employees the lowest wage rate possible in order to have the highest amount of profit possible. This, according to marx, is a form of exploitation of the workers and can lead to them feeling alienated by the company because it instills a mindset that the employees aren’t worth much to the company since they are being paid the lowest wage possible.
