“extraterritorial use of force against non-state actors in combating terrorism”

This dissertation examines the possibility of states using force in response to attacks by non-state actors, particularly in the context of international terrorism. First, it mustn’t suffer throughout from a lack of clarity. The introduction part should not be quite long . It must focus on setting out the research question and methodology. More importantly, it must be entirely clear what each chapter is seeking to do, and there must not be overlaps between them and repetition across. It must be easy to follow. There must be enough engagement with primary sources: for example, on this topic a number of decisions of the ICJ are crucial, and secondary sources. OSCOLA citation must be used in the study. There are some sources I wrote down to benefit from but the writer can add some more to them. At the very least, I would like to see that these sources written here will be used in this study.
