this project is about exploring the advantages and disadvantages of different plant rooting structures to achieve different outcomes for the plant. You will do a simulation in R Gui, the R code is provided. The instructions are very clear. You have to write the report as instructed ( intro, methods, results and discussion). I will attach 4 papers that you need to read carefully before you begin. you do not need to use any external references. in the methods section, you will need to add a table with the original and fixed parameters. Also in the results, you may add figurs from R Gui of different strategies you used ( Like the ones in the document Simulation).. Please I will need to be update with what you do just to make sure you are on track.

please have a look on both R codes and even though you will work on only rooting strategies, you will need to set the working directory for the file with both R scripts.. Please if you have ant Q or could not find the Scripts tell me
