2. What is your critique of the entrepreneurial or enterprising traits they exhibit? & what makes him good entrepreneurial leaders? You should make reference to several specific examples of the entrepreneur and discuss this in relation to supporting entrepreneurial trait theory & theories of leadership. 850 words

3. How successful has he been in making change/ innovation happen and why? What observations/ insights would you make about why they have been successful? Do you think they have made mistakes? Should they have done things differently? (Given the word count you are advised to reflect or discuss on just one or two innovative/ enterprising events in the life of the entrepreneur) 450 words

You MUST integrate into the article some reference to academic concepts, frameworks and theories in relation to entrepreneurial traits/ leadership and change agency to support your discussion/ findings in the article.
