You should use an outside resource and cite it. The assignment will be worth 5 points instead of ten points; otherwise the rubric in your syllabus will hold proportionally: 3 points for reasoning and salience, 1 point for including an outside resource, 1 point for using economic theory (framing the opportunity cost dimension of the issue, or explaining how elasticity would influence the outcome, or relating the issue to productivity and cost, etc.) Your written submission should be at least one page long, not more than 2 pages long.
