The idea is that you as an education institution OR someone who provides a service OR provide a program which will help provide this experience. It will enable people that are going to acculturation to help them acculturate better. Your objective is to go through phases 1 and 2 of design thinking. CX immersion and CX problem Definition with this project so you need to offer insights which is the outcome of the first 2 stages and also redefine the problem, customer needs and create a vision.
