In the chapter they spoke about how outsourcing projects is not bad. In many cases a company does not want to go through the hiring process of skilled IT professionals to program software applications and maintain databases. Companies like Uber outsource some of their server load to amazon. Even though Amazons server was hacked, and Uber lost about 50 million peoples information, the idea to not have to worry about cyber security and maintaining databases leaves a company to focus on its ultimate goal. Outsourcing software is good because it will most likely come with regular updates, patches, and IT support to help with the dynamic needs of the company.”
