You are the Educational leader of 2-3 yr room and have begun having some concerns about Maxs development.Max seems to have trouble entering play situations, sometimes behaves aggressively to other children ,had trouble with communication skills and demonstrates some possible language delays.Max seems to get distressed during transition and struggles to cope with changes to routines. Maxs parents provided no information on the child routine form upon enrolment and in the morning they sign him in and appear rushed to leave the centre , often doing the minimum to help settle Max in( e.g put his bag in his locker and leave straight away , often Max crying and screaming .They seem to appear to be reluctant to talk to you and other staff members. You have tried to initiate contact with the parents but they replay that they are running late or too busy today and leave. Based on this scenario you need to complete the following 2 parts ( part A and part B): Part A Analysis- drawing on relevant literature and elements of Australia early childhood national curriculum and policy and advocacy documents Students will need to apply what they have learnt from the content , readings and viwing from this semester to identify and critically analysis the relationship that are involved in the scenario linking explicitly to academic literature from this unit and specific elements of Australia early childhood national curriculum and policy and advocacy documents.
