Through the course project you will experience a portion of the systems development life cycle as you will conduct a needs assessment and evaluate the options that can meet the needs you have identified and the requirements to implement them. Important considerations include testing, training, usability, organizational change management, and how the return on investment for your innovation can be measured. In actuality, a nurse informaticist will also aid in the implementation, maintenance, upgrading, and evaluation of the solution long term but that is beyond the scope of this project.Week
