The simulation offered you all access to common information and individually you each had access to information that was only available to you. How did you all do with regard to assuring assimilation of common information and sharing individual information?

Compose a paper that responds to the questions below. Your paper should conform to APA requirements and be organized around sub-headings reflecting the questions defined below (one sub-heading per question). Integrate readings, and professional/personal experiences to support your content and define terms/concepts.
2. Think back on how you started your work together on Everest Night. How did you begin? If this had been a team meeting for the first time about a project at work, would you have begun in the exact same manner? Why/Why not? Review your teams performance with regard to decision-making. How did you go about making decisions? Critique your team with regard to the decision-making process.
3. Consider how your, and your teammates preferences, as defined by the course assessment instruments (e.g. MBTI, StrengthsFinder, EQ, EISA, etc.) informed your experience of this simulation? Did you see any preferences or types described by these instruments in action?
4. Look over the Maruska article and the Useem articles listed on page two of the syllabus. Connect what happened to your team in the Everest Simulation to these two (2) articles.
5. Evaluate your individual performance as a member of the team/group for this project. Evaluate the performance of your entire team/group. Im not talking about points here. I am referring to performance as a member of the team/group. How did you do, honestly?
