You will search the literature to identify how this topic has been theoretically and conceptually presented in the nursing and healthcare literature, including empirical evidence that supports both the pros and cons of your position. An adapted version of The Toulmin Model of Argument (2003) developed by British philosopher Stephen Toulmin, will be used as a guideline for the process of constructing your argument. Your argument statement must be approved by the instructor before you start the project.
