·    The paper should be a minimum of 8 pages typed (includes title page, abstract, and references).
·    Use Courier New, 12-point font.
·    You should try to avoid the use of words like I, me, my, he, she, we, them, they, their, etc.  unless part of a direct quote.  Keep in mind this is a formal business research paper.  Use 3rd person if the words cannot be avoided.
·    Minimum of five resources – No more than two internet sources may be used –WIKI is not an acceptable resource.
·    This is a formal business research paper.  It must be objective and not reflect personal opinion. In-text citations must be used to support the paper.
·    Each student should work independently of each other. DO NOT PLAGIARIZE. Academic dishonesty will result in severe sanctions.
·    Use correct grammatical skills (2 points deducted for every spelling/grammar error).
·    Your grade for the written paper will be based 50% on content and 50% on format.
